The power of gratitude is immense. The more you acknowledge people, things, circumstances for which you are grateful in life, the more you’ll find new positive things.
Everyday I start my day by thinking about 3 things for which I’m grateful, and sending a blessing to people I love, and to the whole world. This process gives me peace to start the day with fresh eyes and energy that allow me to be at my best for whatever life throws at me.
And everyday I end my day by thinking about things and people that crossed my path that day and for which I’m grateful. This gives the calmness I need to go to sleep and rest my body and mind.
