Trying to conceive is a rollercoaster of emotions, and it can be quite challenging to keep positive either because of a negative pregnancy test, or a miscarriage or news of people around us having babies. During this journey, I learned to develop resilience and bounce back quickly from upsetting situations. The video below shows a useful strategy called Activation Behavioural Strategy. The name sounds complicated but it’s actually easy to understand once you watch the video.
